Every Swakshi Jewels piece is guaranteed to be genuine 925 sterling silver. Manufacturing defects reported within the return window are covered by a free exchange.

Authenticity guarantee

• All our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver), unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• If any product is found not to be 925 silver when tested by a certified lab, we will give you a full refund, including shipping.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects such as broken clasps, loose settings or faulty joints, reported within 2 days of delivery with photos and the unboxing video.

What is not covered

• Natural tarnishing of silver, which is normal and can be cleaned (see Jewellery Care)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, rough handling, or contact with chemicals, perfume, water or sweat
• Lost stones or broken parts after the 2-day window
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Products repaired or altered by anyone other than Swakshi Jewels
