• Our products are crafted in 925 sterling silver, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and photography.
• Handcrafted pieces may vary slightly in size, weight and finish.
• Products may be limited in quantity and may be discontinued at any time.

2.4 Pricing and availability

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and availability may change without notice.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

2.5 Orders and payments

• All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.
• We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, and refuse orders that look fraudulent or come from resellers.
• If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• You agree to give accurate name, address, phone and email details.
