Cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

How to cancel

- Share your Order ID and the name and phone number on the order.
- We will confirm the cancellation once we check that the order has not been dispatched.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There was a pricing or listing error
- Your pincode is not serviceable
- The order looks fraudulent or breaks our Terms
If we cancel, you get a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund timeline
Refunds for cancelled orders are started within 2 business days of cancellation and usually reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
