Exchange
You can exchange a product within 2 days of delivery, and exchanges are free. The return conditions and non-returnable items in the Return & Refund Policy also apply to exchanges.
When you can exchange

If the item you want is not available, we will help you pick the closest alternative or process a refund instead.
How to raise an exchange
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 9311331866) or by email (swakshijewels@gmail.com).
- Share your Order ID, the name and phone number on the order, and the product(s) to exchange.
- Tell us the reason and the size or design you would like.
- Send at least two clear photos of the product, plus the unboxing video for damaged or wrong items.
- Once approved, we will share the pickup or shipping details, and dispatch the replacement after we receive and verify the original product.
Charges
No postal charge applies to exchanges.
