Payment

All orders on swakshijewels.com are prepaid through Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Accepted payment methods

• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps
• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
• Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
• Net Banking: all major Indian banks
• Wallets: Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, MobiKwik and other popular wallets

All payments go through Razorpay, a secure, RBI-compliant payment gateway. Swakshi Jewels never stores your card or banking details.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. You will get a confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp.

Failed or pending payments

• If a payment fails but money was deducted, it will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• If a payment shows as pending, wait a few minutes before trying again, so you are not charged twice.
• If you were charged but did not get an order confirmation, contact us with your transaction details.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method only. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
