Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Shadowfax. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Where we ship
- We currently ship within India only. International orders are not accepted.
- If your pincode is not serviceable, the website will let you know at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Delivery
- Please check that your name, address, pincode and phone number are correct before placing the order.
- The courier may call you before delivery. If the delivery fails after repeated attempts, or the address is wrong, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may then apply.
- Please do not accept a package that looks tampered with or damaged. If you accept it, record an unboxing video and contact us within 2 days of delivery.
